Previously equipment and machineries were designed to produce high volumes of standardized products without flexibility, but, later, thanks to innovation and new technologies, FASS invested in customized manufacturing, trying to satisfy the most diverse of customers’ needs. FASS specializes in the production of fixed, telescopic and multipiece powder-coated metal handles; painted metal handles, compared to their plastic-coated counterparts, guarantee better quality and higher durability over the time.

Exclusively customized metal handles, special moulds using up to three different materials and a choice of different types of powder, in accordance with an innovative design approach, make FASS a tailor-made manufacturer, avoiding similar and standardized products.

In addition to customized design, our company allows every customer to combine different elements without limits, both for type and for length and handle thickness.

Italian design and internal engineering processes have contributed to adapting specific customer needs in industrial production, developing flexible automation solutions.

With the arrival of WBE 2024, our company decided to raise the "exclusivity" concept to the next level, creating a digital configurator for handles that is unique of its kind and in the broom and brush industry.

FASS is going to offer an interactive experience where customers will be able to create and simulate an infinite number of handle configurations, choosing the type, colour, size, wall thickness and accessories, giving life to a completely tailor-made product.
