The company Wöhler Bohemia s.r.o. was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of the German company Wöhler, whose history dates back to 1932. This year we will celebrate 30 years of the company’s presence on the market.

Last year, the management of the company changed. After the retirement of Ing.Jaroslav Markvart Sen. Ing. Jaroslav Markvart jr. and Ing. Jiří Vondrák took over the reins of the company.

Among our flagship machines is the RBA - Roller Brushing Automat, designed for custom cutting, brushing, shearing and beveling of plush rolls. Consisting of a tube feeder with separator and carousel units for processing... The machine can be quickly converted to different lengths and diameters using interchangeable tools.

Other machines include the RCA 100/200 – Radiator roller Cutting and mount Automat. The RCA 100 machine is used for the production of MINI radiator rollers and the RCA 200 for the production of MIDI rollers. The machine is designed to process and assemble radiator rollers. The machine first cuts the rollers from a long tube to a certain length, it then sorts the cuttings, then the rollers are milled from the inside, repeatedly heated and closed from one side. After assembly with adapter, bearing or cap, special jaws are closed and finished.

The machine that has been in production the longest is our ABM – Automatic Frame Bending Machine which is available in several versions We offer a wide range of basic and optional accessories for this machine such as wire straightening, wing forming (optional second unit), chamfering and threading unit, assembling unit (wire and handle) and labelling unit. We have extended the function of the machine by the possibility of bending small hooks using an additional unit. The machine can of course, be supplied with a wire un-coiler. The customer can choose from 3 options of feeding handles. The simplest solution is using a vibrating magazine, more complex is the step feeder form and our innovation is orientation using a robot. The tact of the machine is not eliminated by the speed of the robot.
